Sad to Say Goodbye

In the picture you can see my beautiful student and friend Izumi and her daughter Yukina. In less than a week they are moving maybe an hour and a half's drive from here. I usually saw them once a week; often I began our lesson with reading a children's book to Yukina. She soon became my little friend. I am finding that now I come across as "grandma" with many little children. I really enjoy this because I can get down on the floor to play, read books, and enjoy talking .
